International orders

Priority Insured Shipping
Coverage: Priority Insured Shipping covers the customer in case the product is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. If you experience any of these issues, please notify us via email, and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Status: It may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.
- "No Information Available" Message This message often appears if the tracking has not yet updated. Please allow a few days after receiving your tracking number for accurate status updates.
Lost or Missing Packages
- Incorrect Address: We are not liable if an incorrect address is provided at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before completing your purchase.
- Our Error: If we made an error in your address or order, we will take full responsibility and replace the original order at no extra charge.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Change/Cancellation Window: We can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order automatically moves to fulfillment, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible
